The most efficient way of using our online shop is to register with us -
which is very easy as we require a minimal amount of information. This also
makes future shopping much easier. However, if you do not wish to register,
please contact us stating your order, delivery address and preferred method
of payment, which includes cheque/money order or PayPal. We will then email
the invoice and payment instructions to you
If you pay by cheque/money order we will reserve your ordered goods for 7 days from our confirmation but if we do
not receive your cheque/money order within this time the order will become obsolete
and you will have to re-order. If there are any problems in paying within 7 days, please contact us.
The goods will be despatched as soon as the payment has been cleared.
Postage:
We deal with orders as they arrive and they are usually shipped the next working day.
We use 1st class post or “standard parcels” (for over 1.25kg) for UK, and Airmail for
International orders. Recorded/Special Delivery etc are available at an extra cost.
Please contact us for this service. Proof of posting is kept for all orders.
Cost of postage will be indicated before checkout.
We will do our best to supply complete orders, but should circumstances occur where something has sold out before new stocks
have reached us, then we shall send your order and keep the shortfall on back order to be sent out as it arrives.
In such circumstances we will pay the extra postage cost. Should an item not be due to get to us within 14 days of your order,
then a refund will be sent with a request for you to reorder later
